Changed your mind or got the wrong item? Email us and we will guide you through it.

How to return an item

Email info@restube.com.ph with your order number and the items you want to return.
We reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
Pack the item in its original packaging and send it as instructed.
Once we receive and check it, we refund your original payment method within about 2 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Return window

30 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What we cannot take back

For safety and hygiene reasons: inflated, activated or used safety buoys and life jackets, CO₂ cartridges, and swim caps, goggles, towels and other items that have been worn or used.

Return shipping

If you change your mind, you pay return shipping. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
