Refund policy

Returns window. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Items we cannot take back. For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of: inflated, activated or used safety buoys and life jackets; CO₂ cartridges; swim caps, goggles, towels and other items that have been worn or used.

Faulty or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@restube.com.ph within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

How to return. Email info@restube.com.ph with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm.

Return shipping. If you change your mind, you cover the return shipping. If the item is faulty or wrong, we cover it.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within about 2 working days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take extra days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges. Email us and we will arrange an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock.
