Who we are. This store is operated by Restube Philippines, Doña Soledad Avenue, 2/F Unit G, 1709 Parañaque, Philippines. Email info@restube.com.ph, phone +63 929 724 4076.

Using the store. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission, and that the details you give are accurate.

Products and prices. All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). We try to keep descriptions, photos and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing or stock error on an order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons, and will refund any payment already made.

Payment. Payments are processed securely through the methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Water-safety products: important. RESTUBE safety buoys, swim buoys and life jackets are safety aids. They are not a substitute for supervision, swimming ability or local rescue services. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near water. Read the manual and test inflation before every use. Follow the maintenance and CO₂ cartridge instructions. Using the products outside their stated purpose is at your own risk.

Liability. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, photos, logos, the RESTUBE name) belongs to Restube or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
