Shipping policy

Where we ship. Restube Philippines currently delivers within the Philippines only.

Processing. Orders placed before 12 noon (Philippine time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Other orders go out the next working day. During special offers, dispatch may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost. Metro Manila: ₱170 flat rate, or free on orders of ₱2,000 and over. Provincial delivery (everywhere else in the Philippines): ₱220 flat rate. The final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Estimated times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Items with a longer lead time on their product page ship on that schedule.

Split deliveries. Merchandise items (such as towels, bottles and bags) may ship separately from safety products. Where an order is split, shipping is charged once per order.

Delays, wrong address, lost parcels. Please check your address before paying. If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, email info@restube.com.ph with your order number and we will sort it out with the courier.
